We operate only with the best equipment, and always ensure that our cleaning operatives engaged in builders cleans are fully equipped with safety clothing and appropriate materials for work on site. We take Health & Safety very seriously. Our standard practices include: Site / contract specific risk assessments and method statements, Introduction and refresher training for all staff, Regular Health & Safety audits, Safe chemical usage policy / COSH assessments. All of our cleaning staff engaged in builders cleans have received COSH training in the use and handling of the cleaning chemicals which may need to be used. On completion of the builders clean we will provide your site manager with a pre snagging report highlighting any damage or repairs required.
